My daughter made these on her own today to add something "special" to our Thanksgiving table....keep these in mind for next year.

Best Banana Bread Recipe!

This Recipe is a YUMMY Banana Bread made with toasted pecans and cream cheese....so good...

please let me know what you think after trying it!

Cream Cheese Banana Bread

Ingredients:

1 cup chopped pecans

3/4 cup butter, softened

8 0z cream cheese, softened

2 cups sugar

2 eggs

3 cups flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 cups mashed bananas (4 med ripe bananas)

1 tsp vanilla

preheat oven to 350

bake pecans on cookie sheet approx. 6-8 minutes

beat butter and cream cheese until creamy, add sugar and eggs one at a time, then vanilla

add all dry ingredients just until blended (do not over mix)

stir in bananas and pecans

pour into 2 greased 8 x 4 bread pans

bake at 350 for 1 hour

cool on wire racks for 10 minutes

remove from pans and cool 30 minutes before slicing

yummy!
