How to Make Cute Cat and Mouse Bento Box Lunch

Make Lunch Fun!!!!

Bento Box Lunch( cute packaged lunch...made with love)
Here is a cute tutorial on how to Make the Cat and Mouse Bento Box Lunch

Ingredients:
Favorite sandwich
Bread Cheese
Vegetables
Fruit
Cheese
Circle cookie cutter (you can use a glass)
any container or choice...doesn't have to be"Bento Box"
sprinkle of creativity to use food choices that your family likes

You can make your kid's favorite sandwich and cut into a circle with a cookie cutter or using the rim of a drinking glass. Seal the sandwich to keep the filling tucked inside.

Turn the leftover bread corners into cat ears, layered with cheese.

Roll up string beans and a carrot stick with ham (or turkey) for a side of "sushi".

Cheese both white and yellow, sesame seeds, and veggies make cute and clever details...get creative...
source for Bento Box Lunch Idea: Parenting.com
BentoBox: Bento (弁当 bentō?)[1] is a single-portion takeout or home-packed meal common in Japanese cuisine. A traditional bento consists of rice, fish or meat, and one or more pickled or cooked vegetables, usually in a box-shaped container. Containers range from disposable mass produced to hand crafted lacquerware. Although bento are readily available in many places throughout Japan, including convenience stores, bento shops (弁当屋 bentō-ya?), train stations, and department stores, it is still common for Japanese homemakers to spend time and energy for their spouse, child, or themselves producing a carefully prepared lunch box.

Pool Party

End of Summer...
it's time for a Pool Party!

Everything was very Easy to put together...the only thing I didn't photograph was "Submarine Sandwiches" (of course we had subs)...It was fitting with the theme! The biggest hit was the "Pool Water" which was just Blue Gatorade! BTW the double decker Beverage Holder was from Target (on sale 50% off now!)

Thank you Barbarann for the Shaving Cream with Cheese Doodles Game!

Shaving Cream was a big hit! The best part was they hosed off with the shaving cream and then went back in the pool! The only thing that was hard was picking up the cheese doodles covered in shaving cream before the dogs starting eating them!
Happy Labor Day Weekend!
