Vision Board 2016

We wanted to start off 2016 with A POSITIVE start.

A friend of mine told mine, Heather, (Her Blog "Big girl Life") about making a vision board and how she has a party with her friends to make a vision board.

What is a Vision Board?

Vision boards are an important part of  goal-setting process. They help set and prioritize my goals, values, and intentions.

Vision boards are fun to make and can be quite artistic/creative.

The process of making my vision board helps plant  goals and intentions in your head and sends them out to the universe.

First we sat down with paper and pen and thought about our goals for the coming year. 

Then we searched the internet for pictures that described our goals. We then printed them and arranged them on a canvas. We used some cool background paper (the canvas and paper stacks were all on sale at Michael's) then we used our favorite…ModPodge!
